Hi! I'm Emily! I am a crunchy stay at home mama and certified Medical Laboratory Scientist who loves encouraging others to enjoy a life of holistic health and natural living through knowledge and awareness. When it comes to healthy living, I believe in the Why and the How. I think it is important to understand the reason behind the choices I make for my family, and I also believe in simplicity. It is my goal to empower others to make the changes to live more naturally all the while giving them an easy to follow approach to embrace true holistic wellness physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I hope you enjoy crunchy living as much as I do! :)
