Who Am I?
Hi everyone! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Emily and I’m a free range mama helping women conquer simple, healthy living while offering education on the science behind natural living and holistic health.
Why Crunchy Mama Science?
I am so glad you are here. I created this blog because I have a passion for creating the best environment for my family to thrive in through empowerment by knowledge and awareness. Holistic wellness is important to me, because it envelops not only physical health but emotional and spiritual health as well. I love encouraging others to embrace whole-body health for themselves and their families, all the while becoming more educated. I have a background in science and in the medical field, and therefore it is important to me to know the facts behind the choices I am making and the products I am purchasing.
To me, researching and learning is a hobby. I want to share what I have learned, because I believe there are hundreds of intelligent people who chose to live a natural lifestyle but also believe in the benefits science can offer. I value my faith as the number one purpose of life, and I value simplicity and good stewardship of resources. Motherhood is the most amazing experience I’ve ever had, and I am passionate about being a physically and emotionally well mama!
These are some of the ideas I believe in:
Holistic health and wellness.
Educated natural living.
Simplicity above all else.
Spiritual and emotional well-being.

Why do I want a relationship with God?
God’s grace has absolutely saved my life.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is a gift of God lest anyone should boast.” Eph 2:8-9
Why do we need grace?
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Rom 6:23
I believe that Jesus bled and died on the cross for my sins, was buried and raised from the dead after three days. He forever ended the separation from God, and gave us free access to a relationship with Him and eternity with Him in heaven. All we must do is accept Him into our lives.
I love doing life with Jesus. I have a constant encourager, advisor, and friend.
“For I am convinced neither death nor life, nor angels or demons, nor things present nor things to come, can separate us from the love that is in Jesus Christ our Lord.” Rom 8:38-39
